Marcel Fundora, DMD

Dr. Marcel Fundora has been serving the dental needs of the Lithia community with dedication and compassion. Originally from Cuba, Dr. Fundora moved to the United States with his family in 1999. He earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) at the University of Florida, but his journey in dentistry began long before earning his D.M.D.—he was a skilled dental ceramist and lab owner for 14 years, followed by two years as a dental hygienist.

Outside of the office, Dr. Fundora enjoys painting fine art, playing the piano, hiking, running, and biking. He also finds great meaning in giving back to the community and has participated in mission trips to Guatemala and supported initiatives like Mission of Mercy.

He finds it incredibly rewarding to help patients smile with pride and confidence, and he values the teamwork it takes to make every patient experience outstanding.
